1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Holistic TMJ website, programs, courses, coaching services, or purchasing any products (including the Myofascial release tool), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.
Holistic TMJ provides educational content, coaching, and holistic movement practices. We are not licensed medical professionals, dentists, physical therapists, or healthcare providers.
The "Holistic Body Integration for TMJ Disorder Healing" course, the Myofascial release tool, and all related content are not a splint, not a medical treatment, and not a substitute for professional medical care.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Any statements about reducing jaw clenching, teeth grinding, pain, or discomfort are based on personal experiences and client testimonials. Individual results may vary.
We have no clinical data to support specific medical outcomes.
Have you had TMJ surgery or other invasive procedures? You're not excluded. We simply ask that you be aware: results may differ depending on what you've been through. When in doubt, check with your healthcare provider.

3. Your Responsibility
By participating in this program, you agree to:
Seek clearance from a qualified medical professional before starting.
Take full responsibility for your own health, safety, and well-being.
Listen to your body and stop any exercise or practice that causes pain or discomfort.
Seek additional professional support (therapy, medical care) if needed, especially if emotional or physical discomfort arises during the course.
Show up for weekly coaching sessions, participate in good faith, communicate with your coach, and complete homework assignments to the best of your ability.

4. No Guarantee of Results
Our program does not guarantee specific healing outcomes. Individual results vary and depend on numerous factors, including consistency, participation, and adherence to the program. Any statements about "proven" results are based on feedback from clients who completed the full program without skipping steps — not on clinical data or guarantees of future outcomes.

5. No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this course and the inclusion of the Myofascial release tool, we do not offer refunds once payment is made.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
